Important:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services

9. Costs and Carrier Information

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RecioMed is not responsible for any charges you may incur from your carrier for receiving text messages.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compatible Carriers: Our SMS program is compatible with most major wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and many others. Contact your carrier if you have questions about compatibility.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure storage systems with access controls
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Employee training on data protection
  • Contractual protections with service providers
